Books

  • The Kite Runner: This book was the first book I actually sat down and read. Throughout school I never cared to read so I never did. This book is the book that got me to actually start reading and changed my view on life in general. I remember reading this book for the first time and I could not put it down but I also hated it because of the stuff that was going on with the story line.
  • Have a little faith:After reading this book I felt I had to get more involved and not turn so much down since I always did. I felt that just because I did not like certain things or did not get involved that it did not matter but after reading this book doing new things even if we do not want to gives us room to grow and may change our life in a great way.
  • Einstein's dreams: This is another of my favorites that I have read. I read this book within the past 2 years and really enjoyed it. It brought on a new perspective about time and space. How things are and just made me have a deeper thought about certain things.

  1. It's interesting that you started really reading at an older age, and your choices are so different from each other. Einstein's Dreams sounds great; a readable book about physics?

  2. The Kite Runner is an amazing book. I'm glad it inspired you to read more books. I agree that the book contains some heavy material, and I find the main character to be frustrating. But overall, it was a good read.
