The local Business that I decided to look at was Bobby K Salon.
I looked at their yelp page, and they had very good reviews. The customer's that complained or that had a terrible experience with this salon all had the same complaint. Their complaint was that the hair stylist that would do their hair did not listen to a word the customer said. Instead of listening they did the same haircut over and over again every time they would go into the salon. They disliked this because it messed up their hair and made them embarrassed and upset to even show their hair in public. So, I think they need to develop better listening skills and give what the customer wants, instead of doing what they want. I think they could also improve by making a website for their salon. right now their online presence is not that effective because they only have a yelp and a facebook like page.
Good observations. I've had the same problem with stylists (same haircut over and over) and I left the salon, but never posted about it on Yelp.
ReplyDeleteThere's bound to be at least one haircut where people go, "What was I thinking?!" Maybe the salon should read their own reviews...
ReplyDeleteI know many people tend to stick with their own hairstyle so, this salon would be good for those kind a people and they should not charge for styling because they are just trim the hair.
